Abstract

This research aims to study the role of flexible recruitment in enhancing the reputation of human resources management within organizations, focusing on the relationship between innovative recruitment practices and candidate experience, and their impact on the organization's image and competitiveness as an employer. The research adopted a descriptive, analytical, and field-based approach, collecting data from a sample of (184) individuals from human resources departments and staff at the Iraqi Drilling Company.

The study results showed that implementing agile recruitment practices significantly contributes to improving the reputation of human resources management by enhancing departmental response times, improving the candidate experience, and raising the level of innovation in the recruitment process. It also demonstrated a strong positive relationship between the use of agile recruitment tools and strategies and the organization's reputation as a distinguished employer. The research concludes that adopting agile recruitment practices represents a strategic investment for organizations seeking to attract outstanding talent and maintain a positive organizational image.
