Abstract

This research endeavor to identify the impact of social responsibility on the quality of educational services, considering the variables of social responsibility (economic, ethical, human, and legal dimensions) and the variables of educational service quality (tangible, reliable, responsive, and safe). This was achieved through a survey of a sample of faculty members at the Administrative Technical College in Baghdad. The research employed an exploratory analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 faculty members at the Administrative Technical College in Baghdad. The SPSS version 26 statistical software was used to analyse the data, calculating means, standard deviations, Spearman's correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression.

The results confirmed a significant correlation between social responsibility and the quality of educational services at the college under study. Furthermore, the results demonstrated a significant impact of social responsibility on the quality of educational services, with the level of this impact increasing proportionally when both are present.

One of the most important conclusions is that the college achieves an economic return without compromising the quality of education, as well as providing comfort for the teachers, which contributes to improving the quality of the educational service provided therein.
