Examines the legal framework governing the resolution of international conflicts, drawing on international law that regulates the behavior of conflicting parties. This research also highlights the law of armed conflict (international humanitarian law) as the fundamental building block for resolving international armed conflicts.
This research also addresses the international law that applies in the event of an international conflict, outlining the mechanisms for regulating such conflict in accordance with the law. The research also highlights the role of international humanitarian law, which aims to protect civilians and individuals not participating in the conflict, regulate methods of killing, and punish anyone who violates any of these boundaries.
